Jules Peck
Jules is an outstanding international training consultant with over twenty years experience, specialising in leadership development and advanced communication in the workplace.
Jules provides tailored seminars and a diverse range of coaching, facilitation and mediation services. She has worked with many senior people including executive committees, FDs, senior management, board members, ambassadors and a mayor and his team. Her clients are drawn from a diverse range of organisations including the financial services industry, formula one teams, pharmaceutical giants and the BBC. Jules’ background includes training diplomats in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, the Department of Trade and Industry and a series of corporate roles in the public sector, prior to becoming a consultant.
Jules is a Master NLP Practitioner, qualified coach, MBTI Practitioner and member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She is also a qualified mediator and facilitator for seminars and management development days. She has a passion for helping others achieve their goals, either through training courses or one to one coaching. In addition, Jules is an expert in work based relationships, having successfully undertaken mediations at all levels within organisations.
Chris Pearse
Chris is a Management Consultant specialising in Team Building and Executive Coaching. He helps senior managers, top teams and organisations get clarity on complex issues and create strategies to take them forward. He helps people find more creative ways of working together by improving relationships and communication. His approach is to create the conditions and work with you to develop your own solutions - these always work better than other people's. He has worked successfully with BT, Orange, Rolls-Royce and many others.
Chris started his career as an engineer designing digital systems before moving into international sales & marketing. He then started and ran businesses here and abroad becoming self-employed in 2000. Chris has extensive experience in General Management and has helped hundreds of senior managers achieve their goals. Chris is a Chartered Engineer, a Member of the Institution of Engineering & Technology and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
Susan D Smith
Sue is a leading Psychotherapist specialising in stress management. Her direct, enthusiastic style has made her a popular trainer with both private and corporate clients for almost twenty years. Working with business owners, directors and teams, Susan empowers individuals and businesses, increasing their productivity and profits by getting the best out of everyone. She works on a physical, psychological and emotional level to enable others to achieve their goals and to create more peace of mind.

Jean-Marie Rhoden
Jean-Marie is a highly experienced organisational development and operational manager. She has worked within a range of sectors including Blue Chip Companies, Central Government and Local Authority.
A member of CIPD, Jean-Marie has managed projects using PRINCE 2 methodology. Projects include the re-assessment under the Profile standard for IiP. This was successfully achieved and the Local Authority became the first to achieve profile status within London, and a £1.5 m tender contract for Learning & Development.
She has experience working in organisations at board and senior management level and has implemented a number of Leadership and Management Development programmes within organisations. Within her roles she has been responsible for commissioning external providers and working in partnership to design and deliver training programmes for all levels of staff. She is an experienced coach and development centre assessor, and trained to provide individuals with 360 degree feedback and Level A Psychometrics.
Jean-Marie has branched out into consultancy and over the last two years has worked with organisations including Transport for London, NHS proving consultancy and delivery of strategic visioning, Team Awaydays, facilitation of events and action learning sets.
Jean-Marie brings a wealth of experience and qualities such as the ability to build relationships at all levels and hands on knowledge and experience of management, design and delivery of training and development solutions.
Jean-Marie has a honours degree in Social Science with Social Policy, and a Justice of the Peace. She has two grown-up children and enjoys reading, jogging and travel.
Mary Foster
Mary has a background in human resources and specialises in personal and organisational development. With many years' local authority experience, she now works with a range of private and public sector organisations.
She works with groups and teams to explore leadership effectiveness, using tools such as Belbin and MBTI. Her training style is highly interactive, tailored to each group and with a clear focus on impact and outcomes.
She holds an MA in Guidance and is a qualified executive coach. She is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Leadership & Management.
She works with middle and senior managers to support improved performance, worklife balance and career progression. She helps individuals explore and define the desired changes and encourages them to achieve these changes through a combination of support and challenge.
She has in-depth knowledge of Investors in People and holds the Internal Assessors Award. She works with organisations to prepare for IIP accreditation and reviews. This includes meeting with leadership teams to recommend improvements and to monitor progress.
She has designed and delivered large-scale change management programmes as well as working one to one with managers and staff affected by change and redundancy.
